- ~ Our plants are fully acclimatised to South Africa’s climate and correctly labeled so there's no surprises! Potted plants come in the ideal soil mix for their species ready to grow. Unlike generic soil this ensures they get the best start from day one with no need for immediate transplanting.
- ~ We personally hand-select every plant and carefully pack each order ourselves. No mass processing—just dedicated hands making sure your plant arrives safely no matter where you are in South Africa!
- ~ Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) and plants are usually picked, packed and ready to go within 2–3 days.

- ?♂️ Pickup orders: Your order will be sent to Centurion for collection. We’ll email you as soon as it’s dropped off so you can make arrangements for pickup
- ? Uber-style fragile flower deliveries: The driver will get in touch to arrange delivery with you
- ? Courier & Pargo deliveries: You'll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow your order in real-time
