Top-Quality Starters:

• Plant Details: These plants are around 3-4 years old, small to medium-sized (5-20cm during summer, depending on species). They are provided bare root and will need to be replanted upon arrival using your own carnivorous plant soil
• Optional Extras: We also offer nursery pots, planter sets, premixed carnivorous plant soil and mineral-free water on our website
• Plant Care Guidelines: Included is Cultivo’s bite-sized care guideline for growing carnivorous plants in South Africa which you can customise into your own care sheets to include with your plants

Placing Your Order:

• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via our regular checkout. Processing will start once payment is confirmed in our account
• Lead Time: Our value packs are carefully selected and packed specifically for you. Unlike individual plant orders, bulk orders have a lead time of 7-10 days
• Ordering other items from our website: If you add regular items from our website, you’ll need to either place two separate orders with their own delivery options or we can hold on to it until the bulk order is ready and ship everything together—please let us know what you prefer

• Just a quick heads-up: Since plants are natural products, you might notice some slight variations when unboxing your plants
• We do our best to make sure the plants you receive look like the ones in the photos, but keep in mind that seasons change and plants grow. Some leaves might age and die off, new ones might sprout and the plants may look a bit different over time
• 99% of what we sell are one-of-a-kind collector items, so you will receive the exact plant pictured. The labels are spot on, so even if the plant looks a bit different, we 100% guarantee it's the real deal
• Also, all the photos you see are of our own plants unless we mention otherwise. We update images occasionally to keep things fresh. If you want to see updated pictures before you buy, just let us know – we're happy to help!
